We humans are given the gift of the ability to learn and make intelligent choices in life, to understand how such things work in the whole world, yet we live as if we do not — in our daily activities, we live as we are herded animals.

The human body is capable of wonders, but Laz took over us. Each day, we relax. From bed to breakfast table breakfast, bus seat, the desk chair and back on the sofa in the living room. Today, manyoffice work related, a lot of work required by the functioning of the brain, but not the body. Therefore, we remain committed to our chairs, tables and computers for long hours every day!

As the saying goes "What you do not use it, you'll lose. If we cease to use our physical capacity of our body, we will return one day without ever being able to use them more. This type of lifestyle sedentary can only do our bodies harm.

We must keep our bodies healthy, and we need to look for the exercise.

Obesitya huge problem, especially in developed countries in the world! The problem of obesity is caused mainly by laziness and overeating. Today, people do not move much! Even those who say "drive" – all the do is run only one or two sides around the track. It is not even enough to offset your breakfast cereal!

Thus, although exercise alone is not very effective. What we need people to get fit and healthy is a program with all rounded includes both regularexercise, proper nutrition and enough rest!

Here are three things you can do everyday to keep you up to the form.

1. Rest well and rest enough

Make sure you get adequate sleep! Sleep time is the time when the body is truly and your muscles and brain are put to rest. Sleeping well means that you wake up fully recharged and energized to go!

Adequate rest means that you can do more in the day, and do moreexercise.

2. Stroll

Many people think that exercise means you must enter your walking shoes and head out of the sprint track. This is not the case. One of the best forms of exercise is walking. If you build up slowly, you can easily get yourself to walk for 30 minutes to go, for five times a week. This not only allows you to drive, but also gives you time to relax and Refect.

3. Watch what you eat

You are what youeat. The food is more ugly as you empty yourself, the uglier you are. The foods you eat healthy, health, you will! Of course, I'm not saying that you should abstain completely from all the burgers and fries. Consume with moderation. Fill up at least 80% of healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and only eat 20% meat, oil, and the likes.

Once you have found a worthy cerealjust add a little milk and finish it all with a glass of orange juice fortified with calcium. Even if you are lactose intolerant, you will find many dairy products are lactose free. Just check the labels.

As for dinner, there are many options for bone building. Some foods that provide lots of calcium include sardines, canned (3 oz / 320 mg calcium), canned salmon (3 ounces/200 mg) of Swiss cheese (1 ounce/270 mg), cheddar cheese (1 mg ounce/200), turnip greens (1 cup/200 mg), and Raw Materialsbroccoli (1 cup/90 mg).
