A family camping menu should be: Easy and fast prepare.Requires only a few ingredients and the ingredients are easy to store in the camp (not prone to overflow, spoliation, space to monopolize).
Here are our family of 4-day camping menu plan. We have refined over the years and I am sure you twist it a little more style for your family and your needs.

4 days Camping Food Menu Plan

1st Night: Lloyds BBQ Ribs, corn, coleslaw and potatoSalad

Odds wrap in heavy heat, open a can of corn and serve with ready-made coleslaw and salad potatoes. First night is the night of celebration. You set up the tent, you built a campfire, you unpacked your equipment. So kick back and relax. Also, Costco is my favorite place to get a big bowl of salad, potato salad and coleslaw.

DAY 1 ==========

Breakfast: Blueberry Pancakes, sausages and eggs
Lunch: Chili dog and leftover coleslaw / salad potatoes

Dinner: Grilled marinated steak tips, baked potatoes and onions camping. If no grill: Easy pork chops and buns

Dessert: S'mores

DAY 2 ==========

Breakfast: cereal and fruit Corny, cakes

Lunch: Tortellini with Tomato Sauce

Lunch: sandwich bread, meat &Italian Wedding Soup (canned)
Dessert: Mini Camp Pies

DAY 3 ==========

Breakfast: French Toast, sausage and eggs
Lunch: chowder bread bowl or grill hamburgers and hot dogs

Dinner: Ham, beans and sweet potatoes baked

Dessert: Peach Mallows

DAY 4 ==========

Breakfast: pancakes,sausages and eggs

Lunch: Wrapped Surprise (whatever left in the camp kitchen)

Do we stick religiously to this plan menus? Of course not. But in preparation gives me the freedom to be more creative and flexible.
