The human body is capable of wonders, but Laz took over us. Each day, we relax. From bed to breakfast table breakfast, bus seat, the desk chair and back on the sofa in the living room. Today, manyoffice work related, a lot of work required by the functioning of the brain, but not the body. Therefore, we remain committed to our chairs, tables and computers for long hours every day!
As the saying goes "What you do not use it, you'll lose. If we cease to use our physical capacity of our body, we will return one day without ever being able to use them more. This type of lifestyle sedentary can only do our bodies harm.

Many people think that exercise means you must enter your walking shoes and head out of the sprint track. This is not the case. One of the best forms of exercise is walking. If you build up slowly, you can easily get yourself to walk for 30 minutes to go, for five times a week. This not only allows you to drive, but also gives you time to relax and Refect.
3. Watch what you eat
You are what youeat. The food is more ugly as you empty yourself, the uglier you are. The foods you eat healthy, health, you will!
